Third Set Aminos – Refunds & Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final.
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research compounds, Third Set Aminos does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or incorrect product selection
- Dissatisfaction with expected research performance or results
- Shipping or carrier delays beyond our control
- Refusal of delivery or customs-related delays
This strict policy is in place to protect product purity, safety, and integrity. Every vial is handled and packaged under controlled conditions to maintain uncompromised quality.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for review.
To expedite resolution, please include the following in your email:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s), including packaging and labeling
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, Third Set Aminos will issue a replacement for the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
Replacements are subject to product availability and verification of the claim.

All Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for transparency and informational purposes only.
